Festival. This is a yearly festival in Namwon attracting Koreans from all
over the country as well as a few foreign visitors.

Beauty Contest. This is a nationwide beauty contest in which only the
prettiest girls compete. Namwon is packed with beauty queens and stars in
the weeks before the

Mt. Jiri National Park
Mt. Jiri
National Park is the largest national park in Korea and the oldest national park in
Korea. Namwon is known as
the "Gateway to Mt. Jiri." It is a two minute drive to the nearest
park entrance. This quick access provides our teachers
and students the opportunity to hike, swim and camp throughout the year.
