Our Staff

Daniel is the co-owner of Let's Go English Academy and a licensed California and Arizona attorney.  While Daniel teaches law at a prominent university, he treasures the children of Namwon and spends most of his time in Namwon at the academy.  Daniel has a life philosophy based on honesty, generosity and reciprocity and looks for the same in his teachers.

Jandi is the CEO and co-owner of Let's Go English Academy.  Jandi runs the academy with a firm yet loving touch towards both the children and her employees.  Jandi spent over nine years in English speaking countries earning an English certificate from Miller College in Australia and completing over two years at San Mateo College in California.  Jandi has many years of business and teaching experience.

Laura Lee is our office manager and English teacher in Namwon.  Ms. Lee has a degree in English Education from WonKwang University in Iksan, South Korea.  Ms. Lee has been teaching English to Korean students for many years and is acknowledged as one of the premier Korean speaking English teachers in the city.  Laura has a new nose that she got at a plastic surgery clinic in Seoul so I have had to update her picture.  If you call, please compliment her.

Matthew Timblin was our native English speaking teacher during the 2006 school year.  Before coming to Korea, Matthew spent six years working for the California public school system teaching ESL to students in Los Angeles.  Matthew moved on to a position with Yonsei University's English Institute in Wonju, Korea as an English lecturer and we wish him success in his new position.

Michael Lihue from the state of Hawaii in America was a native English speaking teacher during our 2005 school year.  Michael greatly enjoyed his time in Namwon and in South Korea.  In fact, Michael enjoyed South Korea so much that he returned home with his new found love.  We wish him all the best in his relationship and hope that he and his girl are happy in America.

Casey Hodge from the state of Florida in America was a native English speaking teacher during the 2004 school year.  Casey enjoyed his year in Namwon and returned home to America to continue his schooling.  Casey is open to inquiries from individuals interested in working at Let's Go English Academy.  If you wish to contact Casey please send us an email.
